In his previous assignment at Logistics Sector Skill Council, he headed the Standards, Quality Assurance and Placements department by liaising with multiple stake holders like Industry Partners, NSDC, NSDA, MSDE and other Educational Institutions to develop National Occupational Standards. He has coordinated with various State Skill Development Missions / Corporations for mobilizing the candidates to provide Skilling and Employment Opportunities. Trans-National Equivalence was also a part of the work where the NOS was aligned with NSQF levels and compared with the other Nations Occupational Standards to bring-in ‘best world class practises’ as a part of Skilling.

In his present assignment as the Chief Executive Officer for Logskim Solutions Pvt. Ltd., he has taken the lead for building a seamless supply of skilled and certified workforce available across PAN India. He is interested in providing the employment opportunity for the job seekers by enhancing their skills through apprenticeship model training especially under National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS). He brings the maximum benefits to the companies who have engaged Logskim for HR services, by suggesting to them on various available Govt. schemes and how the company can get maximum benefit out of the schemes. He is working towards in making Logskim as a One-Stop Skilled HR Solutions Provider for companies in providing the right solution and service through a net promoter approach.
